What are your interests as they relate to northern Australia?

As the Hub’s communications officer, I love working with researchers to help tell the stories of their research and research findings. Working in a position like mine is a privilege because it means I get to see, hear, experience and read about incredible science across a wide range of disciplines and locations across the north.

What do you love about working in northern Australia?

Working with people in northern Australia is an incredible experience. People across the north, particularly Aboriginal people, are so clearly connected with the land and show such care about how it might change into the future. I also love the extremes of working in northern Australia, particularly the way that the weather and seasons demand attention and consideration in nearly everything we do.
